The NEAT consortium held the project’s kick-off meeting at Simula Research Laboratory, in Oslo, Norway. The nine NEAT partners gathered 20 representatives to this meeting last March 3-5.
Use cases and the architecture underlying the software that the project will build were the main technical topics. The partners also discussed how to plan their contributions to the new IETF TAPS Working Group, which was created last September upon initiative of and contributions from several NEAT consortium members. A second face-to-face technical meeting for NEAT is planned during the EuCNC conference in Paris in late June.
